Faster construction
Tatra Built Vic modular buildings are constructed simultaneously as the onsite works are being completed, i.e., foundations and drainage etc. This allows for a much quicker completion of your new home. Typically, 10-12 weeks is the required time for the construction of the modular section’s

Structural design
Tatra Built Vic has a revolutionary new structural chassis employed in all our modular buildings. Using a composite reinforced material, and 316 SS fixings we can eliminate all the following rust, rot, and termite attacks. These are all issues when using steel or timber construction in the modular building chassis. Composite materials have a non-serviceable life of 50 years min.!!
Energy Efficient
Using the latest the energy efficient and materials and designs Tatra Built Vic modular buildings are built to achieve the minimum 6 star rating easily and if the client wishes we can build to a 10 star rating which is achieved by careful orientation of the building, which includes double or triple glazed windows, spray foam insulation ( this helps air seal the building) and the building requires no heating or cooling elements ( saving energy costs ) to keep home at comfortable temperature level. We can also include solar electric panels, battery storage, solar HWS and rainwater harvesting.
Extreme elements
The Australian climate has many extremes from high heat to harsh coastlines. So, to combat the extremes that the Australian environment throws at us. Tatra Built Vic has a new cladding system which uses brushed 316 stainless steel roofing and cladding profiles. This gives our clients, peace of mind that their new home will stand the test of time in any Australian location. The cost of this new roofing and cladding is compatible in price the Colourbond ultra-steel ( this is not stainless stee, just few extra coatings of paint ). We have several different roofing and cladding profiles allowing for your personal customization of your home.
Three generations of experience
Tatra Built Vic’s director Lance Ferris has three generations of standard, modular/ transportable homes removals behind him. His grandfather started moving buildings almost 90 years ago in the early 1930’s. His father Don continued this from the mid 1960’s and Lance worked with his father throughout the 1990’s. So, from this wealth of experience Tatra Built Vic is producing a better, stronger and longer lasting modular buildings for all Australians to enjoy. We will build your vision.
