INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS

A girder styled truss FRP bridge installed in Adelaide hills.. No maintenance, no rust and no on going maintainance for the local council.. FRP make sense in every way to save big $$ on servicing structures like this. Also fire resistant.
A 75 m cable stayed bridge design. This project is still in tender process with Victorian regional council. This bridge when built will be the longest FRP bridge in the Southern hemisphere.

FRP structural profiles have a 75- 100 years non serviceable life span. Compared to steel which would have to be re-painted every 25 years The fixings including the supporting cables are 316 SS so no issue there with rust or corrosion.

This will save the local authority 100’s of thousands of dollars over the life span of this bridge.
